The VPHCS recently conducted two operation tuli missions.

The tuli was held in coordination with the St. Mary Grace Homeowners Association. The students are members of the Medical Students Association for Voluntary and Exemplary Services (MedSaves) in Gullas College of Medicine which was formed as an offshoot of the series of operation tuli in 2013 of the VPHCS where they volunteered. They included the following students, namely: Precious Dennica Pepito, Sandley Sabang Jr., John Paul Maderazo, David Jaque, Andrew James Claudio, Nuelan Cyril Lucenio, Jaypher Villafuerte and Lucita Cimafranca.

On May 7, VPHCS team of doctors, nurses, medical students and volunteers joined the annual operation tuli in the Municipality of Baclayon, Bohol where more than 250 boys were circumcised. The local government unit of Baclayon sponsored the tuli. The VPHCS team which helped the staff of the Baclayon Rural Health Unit was composed of Dr. Grace Molina, Dr. Oliver Gimenez, Dr. Lilia Hernandez, Dr. Posadas, Irish Ramirez, Lourdes Geolin, Tardy Guardiario, Pearl Templado, Chester Lagado, and Edgar Gahisan. Gullas College of Medicine students Precious Dennica Pepito, Sandley Sabang, John Paul Maderazo. Nursing students of the Students’ Alliance for Community Health Services (SACHS) also assisted in the services.
