Fil-Americans donate relief goods for Bantayan

The Northwest Mission of Hope, a group of Filipino- Americans based in Seattle, Washington, U.S.A., recently donated relief goods for 300 families affected by the recent typhoon in Bantayan. 

Three members of the group arrived in Cebu and met last January 31 with staff of the Visayas Primary Health Care Services, Inc. who had prepared and packed the goods. 

Fil-Americans donate relief goods to Northern Cebu

Jojie Lopez, Amor Gamponia, and Raf Lim had earlier joined the Filipino American Physicians of Washington in its annual medical mission in Cavite, Laguna early in January before going to Cebu. 

The three Filipinos said that they solicited funds for the relief goods from their friends in Seattle including the members of the Team Mang Cycling group and Life after Forty Basketball League.
