Medical mission in Lapu-lapu City

The Visayas Primary Health Care Services, Inc. joined the Birhen sa Regla Parish in its medical mission last May 24, 2011. The activity consisting of medical and dental services, eye check-up and dispensing of free medicines was part of the church’s Total Human Development Program and a project of the Parish Pastoral Council. It was also held in celebration of the church’s Fourth Anniversary as a National Shrine.

VPHCS doctors Dr. Mark Molina and Dr. Erlinda Posadas, staff Lourdes Geolin, Lucila Carreon and Emelie Fernandez, and volunteer doctors Dr. Carl Tam and Dr. Larsen Omolon assisted in the mission. They joined other doctors and volunteers in the successful outreach activity of the church.
